Lincoln is a flagship 375-bed facility and home to one of the premier trauma centers in the country. Your Mission: You will be the heartbeat of the patient dining experience, ensuring that every meal supports the healing journey for our diverse Bronx community. Why Lincoln? What You'll Do Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of 35+ union employees. Operations: Oversee patient food production, the diet office, and a cook-chill delivery system. Patient First: Conduct daily meal rounding and analyze satisfaction data to drive Gold Check Standards. Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between Nursing, Dietitians, and Culinary to ensure safety and excellence.
