We’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to support patients through insurance verification, scheduling, and billing. If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy helping people, we’ll train you on the healthcare side. Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or medical office experience
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling phones + administrative tasks
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with insurance verification, billing, or authorizations
- Familiarity with HCPCS or ICD codes
