Requirements

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, calm demeanor

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Welcome patients warmly and build lasting personal relationships, guiding new patients through onboarding
Provide attentive phone support, schedule appointments, and conduct reminder calls for upcoming visits and annual physicals
Maintain accurate patient records, process office visit fees, and verify patient demographics and insurance information
Support the clinical team with scanning, emailing, faxing, and other administrative tasks
