Requirements

You're comfortable in fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environments .
You've successfully handled 60+ calls per day or similar workloads.
You're confident using multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly.
You stay organized, focused, and calm when priorities shift.
You communicate clearly, listen actively, and know how to build rapport over the phone .

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide order updates and clearly explain next steps in the care process.
Conduct follow‑ups on expiring prescriptions and time‑sensitive treatments.
Document interactions accurately across multiple systems.
Manage several tasks simultaneously while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Work closely with your call center team to ensure a smooth, patient‑first experience.
