About The Position

SynergenX is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Patient Services Coordinator Float who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and jumping in wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone with a great personality, positive attitude, and strong people skills, even without extensive healthcare experience. The company provides paid training and opportunities for career growth in healthcare. The Patient Services Coordinator Float will be one of the first faces patients see and will play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must be available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, healthcare, medical office, or administrative experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a friendly, positive attitude
• Check patients in and assist with rooming
• Schedule appointments and answer phones
• Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns
• Discuss insurance, billing, payments, and account balances
• Update patient and insurance information accurately
• Respond to calls, emails, texts, and faxes
• Collect and process patient payments
• Support providers and clinic staff with administrative needs
• Keep the front desk, waiting area, and clinic organized and welcoming
• Help with inventory and supplies
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and company policies
• Jump in and support your teammates wherever needed
