The Patient Service Technician (PST) is responsible for driving for a significant portion of the day with frequent stops to perform deliveries/set-ups, service and maintenance, pick-ups, and exchange orders. This role involves coordinating tasks with branch staff and patients, prioritizing activities efficiently, and completing all orders and reconciliations within normal office hours. The PST will educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, care, and safety, and process all orders accurately and timely. They will also perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment, ensure the proper care of company assets, and maintain delivery vehicles. Additionally, the role includes warehouse tasks and maintaining professional interactions and appearance.
