The Patient Service Technician (PST) is responsible for driving for a significant portion of the day to perform deliveries, set-ups, service, maintenance, pick-ups, and exchange orders. This role involves coordinating tasks with branch staff and patients, prioritizing activities efficiently, and completing all orders and reconciliations within normal office hours. The PST educates patients and caregivers on equipment use, care, and safety, reports any concerns or incidents immediately, and provides daily reconciliation of activities and assets. On-call responsibilities during non-business hours, including nights and weekends, are also part of the role. The position requires timely and accurate processing of orders with complete paperwork, maintaining knowledge of company policies, and compliance with relevant regulations. The PST is also responsible for the care and maintenance of company assets and delivery vehicles, performing warehouse tasks, and maintaining professional interactions and appearance.
