About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Part-Time Patient Service Specialist for their Flower Mound, TX location. This entry-level position requires flexibility with hours, as the schedule is typically Monday-Thursday from 2p-7p, with the possibility of covering surrounding clinics. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, processing referrals, scheduling patients, completing the intake process, data entry, insurance verification, authorizations, reviewing benefits with patients, collecting copays, arriving and scheduling patients, and generating billing and closing reports. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Travel to other locations may be required.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED is required
