About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Check in and check out patients
Insurance verifications
Scheduling appointments
Generating reports
Faxing and scanning documents
Performing other office duties
Coordinating patient appointments to minimize cancellations and support treatment adherence
Registering patient information, ensuring forms are complete and accurate in the electronic medical record
Verifying patient insurance, obtaining authorizations, and explaining benefits and financial responsibilities
Collecting patient responsibility payments at each visit
Scanning and maintaining medical documents
Reconciling and posting charges daily for clean claim processing
Responding to requests for information from patients, other departments, and physicians
Maintaining office supplies and managing mail
Adjusting schedule to meet center needs
Traveling to non-home location centers or other sites for coverage when necessary
Attending all mandatory meetings and in-service education programs
