Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1981 to provide quality, accessible healthcare to migrant and farm workers. TCCH operates six clinical sites serving underserved populations in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and surrounding areas, offering a comprehensive range of services including dental care, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health, and endocrinology. TCCH also connects patients to social services and provides medication delivery. The organization is committed to its core values of Quality, Respect, and Service. TCCH is actively recruiting Patient Services Specialists (PSS) to join their Care Teams. The PSS provides exceptional customer service, greets all visitors, and covers all sites and service lines. Responsibilities include meeting front desk metrics such as patient registration, eligibility verification, insurance card scanning, email reviewing, and documenting time of service collection. The PSS is responsible for accurately collecting UDS data, family size, and household income, ensuring patient eligibility and proper insurance selections for claims, and managing daily departmental tasks. This role involves close collaboration with providers and care teams to ensure patient care is achieved.
