About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for their Austin, TX (Steiner Ranch Clinic). This is a part-time, entry-level position with 20 hours per week, primarily on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 am to 5 pm, and Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm. The role requires an organized, adaptable individual who can work independently or with others, provide outstanding customer service, and travel to other locations as needed. The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for various front office duties in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED is required
