Patient Service Representative - Foundation Pulmonary - Full Time - Foundation Medical Partners
About The Position
Foundation Medical Partners, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, is the second largest multi-specialty group in New Hampshire, serving the greater Nashua community. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with respiratory and pulmonary conditions, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of lung and breathing disorders. We work closely with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans to improve respiratory health, enhance quality of life, and support long-term wellness. This role is responsible for greeting patients, answering telephone calls, providing general information, patient check-in and check-out, communicating with internal and external customers, scheduling appointments, entering and tracking referrals, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred.
Responsibilities
