About The Position

Touchstone Medical Imaging, a Lumexa Imaging partner, is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at our Uptown imaging center in Denver. Touchstone Medical Imaging is a leading provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services. Our mission is to provide high-quality imaging in a comfortable, patient-centered environment while delivering exceptional service to our patients and referring providers.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a high patient volume

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for imaging exams and procedures
• Check patients in and out
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Communicate billing information as needed
• Process patient records and filing
