About The Position

This role is responsible for championing the patient experience by providing a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date. The representative will proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests to keep clinical teams and patients in sync. Additionally, they will assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, and help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy. The role also involves maintaining the office's operations by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing essential clerical support.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
