The Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Patient Access role is a part-time position within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department. The primary function of this role is to manage the patient check-in and registration process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate. This includes verifying demographic and insurance details, calculating and collecting patient financial responsibility, and referring patients to financial advocates when needed. The PSR also plays a role in patient flow, scheduling, and assisting with new caregiver onboarding. This position requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with a focus on providing an efficient and courteous patient experience.
