About The Position
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. This role also involves appointment scheduling within the General Surgery Clinic at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
- Current BLS certificate, preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
