About The Position

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Patient Service Representative to help support our Midtown location in Tulsa, OK. This role involves scheduling patients for diagnostic exams and procedures, assisting with authorizations and verifications, checking patients in and out, answering multiple phone lines, providing accurate information to the billing office, processing requests, and filing patient records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting or hospital, with a strong ability to handle heavy patient volume, excellent customer service and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are required.

Requirements

  • 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
  • Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification preferred
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
  • Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
