About The Position

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH. This role is full-time and benefits-eligible. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:45 am-4:45 pm, with one closing day per week ending between 5:00 pm-6:00 pm. The position is located in Canal Winchester, OH.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying patient demographics and insurance
• Collecting Co-pays
• Scanning/Indexing
• Answering phones and directing to the proper office
• Scheduling of patients
• Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
• Opening and closing the office
• Other duties as assigned
