About The Position
Premier Radiology, a practice of Radiology Partners (RP), is seeking a Patient Service Representative for their imaging centers in the Greater Nashville, TN area. This role is vital for ensuring patient satisfaction by greeting patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, registration for procedures, and maintaining medical records. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented and considerate of the patient's condition. Requirements
- High School or equivalent preferred.
- Background in healthcare is preferred.
- Background with Eclinical Works Practice Management System Preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients at imaging centers.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Assist patients with registering for procedures.
- Assist patients with maintaining medical records.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Ensure patient satisfaction.
- Be service-oriented and considerate of the patient’s condition.
