Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH. This position is benefits-eligible and involves managing patient check-in/check-out, verifying information, collecting payments, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining electronic medical records.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills

- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying patient demographics and insurance
- Collecting Co-pays
- Scanning/Indexing
- Answering phones and directing to the proper office

- Opening and closing the office
