About The Position

Racine Dental Group is looking for a friendly and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join their team in Racine, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for patients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and can help keep the front office running smoothly while making every patient feel valued. Dental experience is a plus, but candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous dental office or front desk experience is a plus
• X-ray certification is not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information
• Verify insurance information and assist with patient inquiries
• Collect payments and post charges to patient accounts
• Monitor voicemail and follow up with patients as needed
• Help patients understand treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide an excellent patient experience
