The role involves answering phones to respond to patient inquiries, rescheduling appointments, screening and routing calls, taking messages, and responding to patient questions and needs. The position requires maintaining good working relationships with internal and external departments and demonstrating knowledge of SY Health programs and services. Adherence to department productivity and quality assurance requirements is also expected, along with other assigned duties.
