About The Position

They will also navigate the care journey by managing schedules, confirming appointments, and handling medical record requests. Additionally, the role involves providing financial clarity by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, and assisting with co-payments and billing questions. The representative will also ensure accuracy and flow by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing essential clerical support.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests.
• Assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time, then help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy.
• Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and provide essential clerical support.
