About The Position
The Patient Service Rep is responsible for greeting customers, providing information, communicating with other departments, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time, day-shift position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in a health care setting and with office equipment.
- Current BLS certificate.
