Key duties include collecting patient payments, answering incoming calls, and managing the monthly staffing schedule for Front Office staff. The role also involves reviewing reports, implementing established procedures, assisting with new employee training, and ensuring correct daily deposits. The coordinator will evaluate employee performance, organize and conduct staff meetings, and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere by providing warm and friendly customer service. Additional duties may be assigned as directed.
