The Patient Service Coordinator at University of Chicago Medicine, General Medicine department, is a 100% onsite, part-time position based in the greater Chicagoland area. This role functions as a staff member under the direction of the Patient Care Manager, providing support to patients, significant others, physicians, care and multidisciplinary teams, and additional care center staff to facilitate patient care within the patient care units. The coordinator is also responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly work environment conducive to patient-centered care.
