About The Position

The Home Health Patient Service Coordinator I manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third-party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent
• 1+ year Customer Service required
• 4+ months clerical skills required

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology strongly preferred
