Requirements

1-2 years of facilities maintenance or security experience.
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, infectious diseases, and criminal justice involvement.
Prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.
Must be able to walk and survey the premises for long durations.
Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Frequent keyboarding and computer use.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Foster a secure and supportive environment by monitoring the facility, exterior entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to protect patients, visitors, and staff.
Help ensure a calm and orderly treatment experience by overseeing the dosing lobby until all patients have safely exited the building.
Respond to disturbances with professionalism.
Investigate incidents, prepare accurate reports, and notify leadership when appropriate.
Protect the integrity of our facility by monitoring security systems and equipment, reporting any signs of tampering.
Demonstrate hope, respect, and care, recognizing that every interaction can support recovery.
Embrace and understand that addiction is a treatable brain disease, not a moral failing.
