Requirements

• 2+ years of recent call center experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Follow and reinforce all case scheduling policies and procedures
• Communicate important details related to appointments with patients and care teams
• Complete and audit electronic patient documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain accuracy while handling high-volume scheduling tasks and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Provide professional, empathetic communication with patients, peers, and leadership
