About The Position

USA Clinics Group is hiring Patient Scheduling Coordinators at our Northbrook Contact Center. Selected candidates will participate in two 15-minute interviews with Recruiting and Contact Center Leadership and may receive a conditional job offer the same day. If hired, onboarding paperwork can be completed onsite to accelerate your start date. This is a streamlined hiring process designed to help qualified candidates begin their careers quickly. As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking treatment through USA Clinics Group. You will help patients navigate services, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support ongoing patient engagement efforts.
