The Patient Scheduler is an office-based, non-clinical position responsible for scheduling appointments and dispatching transportation to ensure Providence ElderPlace participants are transported to and from scheduled medical appointments. Requirements
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
- Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
- Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree in English, Business administration, Communications, or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
- 2 years Dispatching transportation and/or scheduling medical appointments
