About The Position
The Patient Safety Technician provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements. This role involves making continuous rounds, assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living, including bathroom care, monitoring intake and output, and performing preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changing bed linens when necessary. Other related duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent- Required.

- Prior experience in Patient Care- Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.
- Makes continuous rounds.
- Assists with Activities of Daily Living.
- Assists with bathroom/ commode/incontinence care.
- Monitors Intake and Output.
- Performs preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
