About The Position

The Patient Safety Lead RN is responsible for leading patient safety programs and regulatory initiatives to improve patient outcomes through implementation and evaluation of process improvements. This role involves facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings, collating data, presenting findings, and independently carrying out other projects as assigned. The Patient Safety Lead RN works in collaboration with the Chief Patient Safety Officer, Chief Quality Officer, and Sr. Principal of Regulatory Compliance and Facilities on key functions.
