About The Position
Bryn Mawr Hospital is seeking a Patient Safety Associate (PSA) to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe environment for patients by providing 1:1 care and monitoring for those requiring suicide precautions or close observation. If no patients require 1:1 observation at the start of a shift, the PSA will be reassigned to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department. This position is vital in maintaining patient safety.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Related Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care and monitoring to patients who require suicide precautions or close observation.
- Reassign to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department if no patients require 1:1 observation at the start of the shift.
