About The Position
As a ClaimAid Patient Resource Advocate, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. ClaimAid has a thorough training program to prepare Advocates to obtain their Indiana Navigator license, which is a requirement of the position. At ClaimAid, our vision is to positively impact the lives we touch by consistently following our principles.
Requirements
- Must possess or be willing & able to obtain the Indiana Navigator License
- Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
- High school diploma required.

- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience following HIPAA regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience valued
