About The Position

Manages the complaints and grievances process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Coordinates and acts as a coverage for Patient Representatives, manages BTB (benefit time bank) requests and payroll. Ensures compliance with State Department of Health regulations and hospital policies. Acts as a point of contact for escalating any issues or concerns directly to the managerial team, facilitating swift resolution and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of previous work-related experience.
  • Requires analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement, attention to detail and problem resolution.
  • Exemplary writing skills required.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely translate complex medical information into layman’s terms.
  • Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
