About The Position

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting all patients
Follow patient Check in and check out procedures.
Collect payments.
Verify insurances.
Update and scan patient documents
Available to open and close the office at least once a week.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Computer knowledge and experience required.?
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Available to commute to Martinsburg WV office
• Available to commute to Frederick, MD headquarters for first month of training
• Available to work Full Time during regular business hours
