About The Position
This is a Direct Placement for a float Patient Registration Specialist (Medical Receptionist) who must be open to driving and working at various clinics in the Twin Cities metro. The role involves direct patient contact, gathering demographics, taking insurance information, ensuring paperwork completion, and checking insurance eligibility. The specialist will be a friendly face for patients, including those experiencing serious pain, and will contribute to a warm culture with great hours. The position requires working at various locations across Minneapolis, St. Paul, Burnsville, Shakopee, Buffalo, Plymouth, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Blaine/Coon Rapids, and Cambridge.
Requirements
- 1+ year of medical front desk experience
- Reliable transportation to commute across the metro to various locations when required
Responsibilities
- Checking in patients (main responsibility)
- Direct patient contact

- Greeting patients and being a friendly face upon arrival
