About The Position
Join a growing specialized surgery practice in the metro area. This role involves direct patient contact for checking patients in, gathering demographics, collecting insurance information, ensuring paperwork is completed, and verifying insurance eligibility. The position requires greeting patients warmly and providing a positive experience, even for those dealing with serious pain. The company offers a warm culture and great hours, with the main clinic located in Minneapolis. The specialist will float and work at various locations throughout the Metro Area, including St. Paul, Burnsville, Shakopee, Buffalo, Plymouth, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Blaine/Coon Rapids, and Cambridge.
Requirements
- 1+ year of medical front desk experience
- Reliable transportation to commute across the metro to various locations when required
