Be the Calm in the Storm. In our Level II Trauma Center, you are the first point of contact for patients in their moment of greatest need. This isn't just data entry; it’s about providing a compassionate start to life-saving care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Accurate typing (40–60 wpm) and data entry (5000 kph).
- Thrive under pressure, stay organized during chaos, and truly care about people.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly register patients, verify insurance, and answer urgent questions with empathy.
- Use Cadence to manage high-volume patient arrivals and ensure clinical teams have accurate data.
- Handle cash posting, scanning, and demographic verification in a fast-paced environment.
