Our Patient Registration Representatives are often the first face our patients see, and they play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience. As a Patient Registration Representative at our MyCare 365 locations, you’ll be the friendly face that greets patients, checks them in for appointments, and helps coordinate follow-up care. You’ll also accurately register patients by entering demographic and insurance information, collect copays and point-of-service payments, schedule appointments and assist with follow-up coordination, provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, serve as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and the care team, and support centralized welcome desks and check-in areas across our MyCare 365 and physician practice locations.
