As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital. You will help patients navigate the registration process, answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion, gather accurate information quickly in a fast-paced environment, and build trust with patients during moments when they may be scared, confused, or overwhelmed. No healthcare background is required as training will be provided, and this role serves as a fantastic launchpad for a growing healthcare career. This is a part-time, as-needed position requiring open availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends. Shifts will range between 8-12 hours and include a rotating on-call schedule. PRN associates will be cross-trained in multiple departments as needed.
