About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital. This role is a fantastic launchpad for a growing healthcare career, and no healthcare background is required as training will be provided. The position involves assisting patients with the registration process, answering questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion, and gathering accurate information quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will build trust with patients during stressful times and will be trained on insurance basics and hospital workflows. The role is dynamic, involving computer systems, phone calls, and in-person interactions, requiring a balance of accuracy and compassion. You will work alongside clinicians and emergency staff in a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
