About The Position
Shriners Children's Boston is seeking a full time Patient Registrar to join our team! This position provides support to our patients by working with the caregiver to schedule appointments, perform check in and check out procedures, and respond to messages. This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year scheduling and registration preferred
- Clinical experience with knowledge in medical procedures, terminology and documentation preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
