Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior Medical Office experience is preferred
- Experience with Medical software and terminology a plus
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day process of handling new and existing patients such as checking in/out of patients, verifying demographics and insurance information, collecting co-pays, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with the patient population.
- The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, communicates clearly, gets along well with others and able to multitask.
