About The Position
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time Patient Referral Representative to support the HIMG Oncology clinic. This individual would be responsible for coordinating incoming referrals as well as assisting with outgoing referrals, obtaining pre-authorization, scheduling for tests and specialty physician appointments as well as other daily clerical duties.
Requirements
- Proficient with personal computer applications (Word and Excel)
- Excellent data entry skills
- Speed and accuracy in typing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinating incoming referrals
