About The Position

Tekton Research is seeking a motivated and organized Patient Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This position supports clinical research recruitment efforts and works closely with the Recruitment Manager, clinical operations team, coordinators, and support staff to help achieve study enrollment goals.

Nice To Haves

Medical knowledge or clinical research experience is an advantage.
Some College preferred
Previous experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to meet patient recruitment and enrollment goals.
Make and receive recruitment phone calls and communicate professionally with prospective study participants.
Learn and understand study-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Understand and clearly communicate study eligibility and enrollment requirements to patients and staff.
Adhere to study enrollment timelines and screening schedule guidelines.
Clearly and patiently explain study requirements and screening-visit information to prospective participants.
Identify recruitment challenges and communicate them to the Recruitment Manager.
Suggest potential solutions to recruitment barriers when appropriate.
Organize daily recruitment activities and prioritize calls based on direction from site staff.
Maintain accurate and timely communication with clinical operations managers, study coordinators, and support staff.
Provide status updates related to recruitment activities and progress.
Work collaboratively as a productive member of the Tekton Research team.
Promote a positive, professional, and harmonious work environment.
