About The Position
Capital Health is seeking a Float Patient Reception Representative to support multiple Capital Health Medical Group practices. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, registering patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience across various office locations. The position requires the ability to travel between assigned practice locations as needed. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between assigned practice locations as needed

- Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required
