About The Position
Under the direction and supervision of the Coordinator, the Patient Observer Per Diem Nights observes patients who require one-to-one constant observation or close observation of every 30 or 60 minutes within established guidelines. This role involves documenting observations and maintaining a safe environment based upon policies, therapeutic orders, and the age/development of the patient.
Requirements
- Level of maturity to maintain confidentiality, comport self professionally, with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent observation skills.
