About The Position

Cottage Health seeks a Patient Navigator Lead for their CH Navigation Center department. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, reviewing/editing/obtaining pre-authorizations, and communicating directly with clinical staff/offices on pertinent patient information. The position serves as a primary resource for escalations in mitigating caller issues. It also assists with employee onboarding and training as needed.
